Try a UEN

Look up one company now

Type a company name or UEN. You'll see its status, last annual return, accounts due date and any list it is on, from our own copy of the records.

One company at a time here. In your account, gazetly.shop watches up to 300 and tells you when one changes.

How it works

Set it up once. It checks every day.

No new habit to keep. The work happens every morning, and you hear from us only when the record shows something, plus a short summary on Mondays.

  1. Paste your customer list, or their UENs

Names, UENs or the customer list exported from Xero, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet. Each line is matched to one ACRA entity; where a name fits several, you choose.

  2. It checks the register and every new ACRA strike-off list

ACRA's First and Final Gazette lists and the Official Receiver's winding-up notices, read every morning. The register is compared every month.

  3. An email when a customer appears, with the date that matters

The customer, the notice, the publication date, the date it takes effect, what they owe you, and the link to the official list.

What you get

Your whole customer list, watched at one flat price

Up to 300 customers on one plan. gazetly.shop reports what the public record shows. It never says a company is insolvent or won't pay.

Strike-off alerts the same morning

When a customer's UEN appears on a First Gazette list, you get an email with the date 60 days on, when it will be struck off. Final Gazette and winding-up notices too.

Each customer's record at a glance

Status, age, last annual return and accounts due date from ACRA's register, with the date of the data. Flagged customers sit on top.

Monthly changes and filing signs

After each register refresh: a change of status, name, registered postal code or activity, an annual return more than 18 months old, accounts overdue by 6 months.

The Monday summary, ranked by money at risk

Lists read, customers checked and open flags. Add what each customer owes you, and the flags are ranked by the amount. Your figures stay private to your account.

Questions

What people ask

What does it check?

ACRA's company register, ACRA's First Gazette and Final Gazette lists of companies being struck off, and the Official Receiver's winding-up notices.

How quickly will I hear?

We read ACRA's gazette pages every day, and ACRA publishes them in half-month files, so a listing reaches you soon after that file appears. The register itself is refreshed monthly, so a status here can be up to a month behind Bizfile.

What is the date in the alert?

A First Gazette notice says the company will be struck off at the expiration of 60 days from the date of the notice. We work out that date for you, so you know how long you have.

Can I stop a strike-off?

ACRA takes objections through Bizfile, and creditors can raise one. Whether you should is a question for your lawyer. We show the public record; this is not legal advice.

Does this replace a credit report?

No. We use public records only. We don't see payment history, bank data or court claims, and a clean record doesn't mean a customer will pay.

Can I add what each customer owes me?

Yes, it's optional. If you add an amount, your Monday summary ranks flagged customers by money at risk. Your figures stay private to your account.

How many customers can I watch?

Up to 300 on one plan. Paste names or UENs, or upload the customer list from your accounting software.

Is this for individuals?

No. It's for businesses checking other businesses.

How much is it?

S$39 a month. The first 7 days are free with no card, and you can cancel at any time.

Is this a government service?

No. It isn't run by or linked to ACRA or any agency. It reads published records and open data and shows where each one comes from.

Where does the data come from?

From four public sources, each linked. We keep only what we need to match your own customers, and we never republish a list.

Contains information from ACRA Information on Corporate Entities accessed from data.gov.sg, which is made available under the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0. gazetly.shop is not run by or linked to ACRA, the Ministry of Law or any government agency.

Paste your customer list once
